NINE NON-PANTHERS ON A NON-BAOBAB TREE (2024)
Nine different beings travel from the twilight through the dusk into a red night of full
moon.
They look like panthers, but they might not be.
They peep through the leaves of a tree that is not a baobab.
Some stare at us who look at them.
Others have other thoughts, in the still of the night.
